Why Were Hellfire Missiles Shipped From Beirut Aboard A Passenger Jet?

Something very strange is going on with a pair of Hellfire air-to-ground training missiles. Loaded onto a civilian airliner in Beirut, Lebanon, their paperwork said the final destination was Portland, Oregon. But before they could get there, the plane stopped in Belgrade, Serbia, for reasons that aren’t entirely clear right now, where Serbian police and canines sniffed them out. Russia Launches Cruise Missiles At Syria From Submarine In The Mediterranean 

The Russian improved Kilo Class diesel electric submarine Rostov-on-Don (B-237) launched cruise missiles at targets in Syria today, from a submerged position in the eastern Mediterranean. This is the first time a Russian submarine has struck targets in Syrua since Russia began its aerial offensive around October and the first time a Kilo Class fired cruise missiles in anger.

Russia’s fledgling Sukhoi T-50 fighter, also known as the PAK-FA, continues to waddle through development even though the demand for the aircraft may turn out to be less than stellar. This Is A Fully Armed F-15SA, The Most Advanced Production Eagle Ever

The F-15SA is the most advanced production F-15 Eagle ever built. Saudi Arabia ordered 84 new build F-15SAs and close to 70 kits to upgrade their existing F-15S fleet to the SA configuration. Just one part of this upgrade is the activation of Eagle’s outboard wing stores stations, which will expand the jet’s already heavy combat punch.

Sweden Gets Invaded By Its Allies As B-52s Mine The Baltic Sea

The military exercise BALTOPS 2015 is in full swing off and on the coast of Sweden, with a large-scale amphibious landing happening last weekend. Finnish, Swedish, British and American Marines all stormed the Swedish coastline in a joint manner, with multiple landing craft and air support assets bringing the fight to an imaginary enemy.
